About This Tool
Photos, screenshots, and scanned pages often start as image files. JPG to PDF turns those images into a proper PDF document — one image per page — so you can share, print, or archive them in a universally readable format. Upload a single photo or a batch of images and get a PDF in seconds.
What Happens to Your PDF
Select one or more JPG or PNG files and the tool embeds each image as a full page in a new PDF. Page dimensions match the image's native resolution, so a 2000×3000 pixel photo becomes a page sized to those dimensions. Multiple images are combined into a single multi-page PDF in the order you arrange them. Everything runs locally with pdf-lib — no server upload.

Doing It Step by Step
- Upload images — drag JPG or PNG files into the drop zone, or click Choose Files.
- Reorder if needed — drag files into the sequence you want for multi-page output.
- Click Convert to build the PDF locally.
- Download the file. A single image downloads as
filename.pdf; multiple images download asimages-combined.pdf.
Worked Examples
Example 1 — Bundling 4 receipt photos for an expense report
- Upload

images-combined.pdf(4 pages, ~7.2 MB). - Run the combined file through Compress PDF if your expense portal caps uploads at 5 MB.

Quality & Limits
The tool places one image per page with no options for side-by-side layouts, custom margins, or page sizes like A4 or Letter. It does not accept WebP, GIF, BMP, or TIFF files. Because images are embedded at full resolution, converting large photos without resizing can produce very large PDF files. There is no text layer — the output is purely visual.
What Usually Goes Wrong
- Uploading unsupported formats — WebP and HEIC files from modern phones need conversion to JPG before using this tool.
- Expecting A4 page sizing — Pages match image dimensions, which may not match standard paper sizes when printing.
- Skipping compression afterward — A 10-photo album at full phone resolution can easily exceed 50 MB. Use Compress PDF if size matters.
- Wrong image order — Arrange files before converting; reordering pages after requires Split PDF and re-merging.
Tips for Best Results
- Resize images to the resolution you actually need before converting — screen viewing rarely requires more than 150 DPI.
- For documents that mix text and images, create the text portion in Word to PDF and merge image pages afterward.
- PNG works best for screenshots with sharp text; JPG is fine for photographs.
- Name your output descriptively if you plan to merge multiple converted PDFs later.
